Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Depending on the shipping that has been chosen, there may or may not be tracking available once your package leaves the country, our shop cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. If there is an issue, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the customer support team with solid, specific information from your countries postal service regarding an order for a refund to be issued. Please keep in mind that international orders may take a bit longer to be received by the customer as we have no control over customs. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility when placing international orders.

Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must ship within 30 days of receipt.

Itty Bitty Co. is not responsible for return shipping cost on any returns unless the result is of our error. If this occurs, in order to provide you with a return label you must contact us with your order number and an explanation of the issue.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We do not provide exchanges at this time, but you can place another order for the item(s) you need at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for teething items.

International Returns

We do not accept international returns at this time. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. Itty Bitty Co. is not responsible for packages that are shipped by other means.
